Wicked Musical on tour resume this summer 2023, marking the first Broadway tour to resume performances following the theatrical shutdown.
Wicked on Broadway is resuming performances at Gershwin Theatre in New York, NY beginning September 14 at 7:00 PM. Touring engagements were paused following the March 12, 2020 Broadway shutdown, and some tours ended their runs prematurely due to the uncertain return date and expense of remounting productions. Rejoicify! The show will be one of the first returning national tour engagements.
Wicked Performance Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes, plus a 15-minute intermisson.
