Wicked dates in Apollo Victoria Theatre, London – Present – 3rd April 2010
Timings: Monday – Saturday at 7.30pm, Wednesday & Saturday at 2.30pm
Duration: 2 hours 50 minutes
Wicked tells the story of Elpheba (Protagonist) who will become the wicked which of the west and her relationship with the good which of the north Glinda. They struggle with their Friendship due to their opposing characters, viewpoints, rivalry about the same love interest and about the reactions they have about the wizard’s corrupt government.
Sceptical critics had their doubts about the musical. On the surface Wicked sounds like a bad musical based upon a hit movie, but Wicked is based on a best-selling novel. This amazing musical has very emotional songs like ‘No one mourns the Wicked’ and ‘The wizard and I’ and after the musical and hearing the catchy, moving songs a lot of audience members often end up buying the musical soundtrack.
The show may not be suitable for very young children who could get scared by the fantastic, chilling performance of Kerry Ellis as the Wicked Witch. We are, instead, absolutely sure adults and teenagers will love this musical.
Tickets for “Wicked” can easily booked online. Don’t miss the great opportunity to see one of the most popular London shows!
