Wicked musical will return to Fort Lauderdale this January for a limited 3-week engagement. Wicked performances at Broward Center for the Performing Arts will start on Wednesday January 30, 2013 with 8:00 PM show and continue through February 17, 2013.
Wicked broke records during it’s previous Fort Lauderdale, FL runs in 2006, 2008 and 2011. Wicked musical tells the story of their remarkable odyssey, and how these two unlikely friends grow to become the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good.

Wicked, the untold story of the witches of Oz, is directed by two-time Tony® Award winner Joe Mantello (Take Me Out, Love! Valour! Compassion!, The Vagina Monologues) and features musical staging by Tony® Award winner Wayne Cilento (Aida, The Who’s Tommy, How To Succeed…). And music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and book by Winnie Holzman (“My So Called Life,” “Once And Again” and “thirtysomething”).
