Wicked musical touring production will be in Oklahoma City OK from Feb 21 to Mar 10, 2024. The smash musical “Wicked” will make its long-awaited return to Civic Center Music Hall for a three-week run as part of OKC Broadway’s newly announced 2023-2024 season.
“The Broadway sensation Wicked looks at what happened in the Land of Oz…but from a different angle,” OKC Broadway says. “Long before Dorothy arrives, there is another young woman, born with emerald-green skin, who is smart, fiery, misunderstood, and possessing an extraordinary talent. Oklahoma native Joel Ingram, a member of the tour’s ensemble, said the show’s roots in the classic tale isn’t why the show stands out, and audiences don’t have to be familiar with the original story to be enchanted by the musical.
