Wicked musical tour coming to San Francisco in August 2024. Wicked returns home to the Bay Area to cast a spell on audiences once again. The beloved musical is continuing its North American tour and stops in San Francisco for the performances at the Orpheum Theatre San Francisco for three weeks from Aug. 28 to Oct. 13, 2024.
With music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and book by Winnie Holzman, directed by two-time Tony Award winner Joe Mantello and features musical staging by Tony Award winner Wayne Cilento. The musical is based on the best-selling 1995 novel by Gregory Maguire. Winner of over 100 international awards including the Grammy Award and three Tony Awards, Wicked musical has been performed in over 100 cities in 14 countries around the world.
