The other is beautiful, ambitious and very popular. The musical follow how these two girls grow to become the Wicked Witch of the West and Good Witch of the East.

Wicked musical story is about Glinda and Elphaba coming together, being apart for awhile because of circumstances, and then coming together again and trying to do good in Oz. Breaking news for theatre lovers – Broadway’s Biggest Blockbuster Wicked National Tour Will Return this August with First Stop in Dallas. Wicked musical is resuming its national tour this summer, marking the first Broadway tour to resume performances following the theatrical shutdown, according to Broadway Across America. The musical will play at the Music Hall at Fair Park in Dallas from August 03 through September 05, 2021.

The hit musical Wicked will become the first Broadway musical to return to touring following the pandemic shutdown in 2020.

Based on the best-selling 1995 novel by Gregory Maguire, Wicked, winner of more than 50 major awards, including a Grammy and three Tony Awards, is the untold story of the witches of Oz. It is produced by Marc Platt, Universal Pictures, The Araca Group, Jon B. Platt and David Stone. Long before that girl from Kansas arrives in Munchkinland, two girls meet in the land of Oz. One – born with emerald green skin – is smart, fiery and misunderstood. The other is beautiful, ambitious and very popular.
